Lineage

The Temple of the Evening Star descends from its originators, Eddie Buczynski, a Welsh/Gardnerian Traditionalist and his disciple Lady Rhea.  They created the concept of Minoan craft practices whereby a gay men’s line and a gay women’s line working separately and sometimes together was formed.  Among many of Lady Rhea’s initiates, the well-known Phyllis Curott (Lady Aradia) then began initiating a mixed-gender Fellowship Tradition within the Minoan Line.  We descend directly from that Fellowship.

The Temple of the Evening Star recognize and accept as cousins in the Craft Minoan Brotherhood members, Minoan Sisterhood members and Minoan Fellowship members.

The Minoans in New York City have been in existence for nearly 30 years.  May the Gods preserve the Craft and May the Craft preserve the Gods.
